PSD School Meals FREE until Dec. 31

School Lunch Update: Did you know that school breakfasts/lunches are FREE for ALL children ages 1-18 thru December 31, 2020? FREE!!!!

At last night's board meeting it was reported that the PSD Child Nutrition Service (free school meanls) was being underutilized. We want to make sure everyone was aware of this amazing service for district families.

During normal school days food can be picked up at ALL PSD sites Tuesdays & Thursdays 11 am -1 pm and at JUHSD sites Tuesdays & Fridays 1 pm -3pm.

Food service WILL be available on Tuesday 10/13 ( professional development day, NO school) at all sites except Cabrillo school. Families are encouraged to go to the next closest site.

Families who typically receive free or reduced lunches should still fill out the qualification paperwork so that their services are not interrupted when the district begins to charge again. This paperwork was sent home with the yellow emergency card at the start of the school year. Additional forms can be picked up at, and returned to, ANY school office.
