Ortega's Annual Silent Auction & Raffle!

Mark your calendar and plan to attend Ortega’s Annual Auction & Raffle to be held at Ortega Elementary during the Open House on Tuesday, May 19, 2026! This year, our auction goal is to raise $30,000. This money will be used to fully fund our garden sciences program, introduce Ortega students to an array of art mediums, continue to provide our library with the funds needed to operate, ensure our students have a dynamic physical education, and continue providing extra resources for our teachers and students. Reaching our goal depends on the generosity of the friends, families, businesses, and community members of Ortega Elementary.

First-Annual Adult Social

This year will mark our first year to have a pre-auction Adult Social fundraiser Sat May 9, the weekend before the Silent Auction. Tickets will be limited, so you'll want to purchase quickly once they go on sale. We will keep you updated with more details as we get closer to the event date!

We will also be having our silent auction items online this year! All bidding will take place on our online auction platform, which means you do not have to be present to win, and friends and family are encouraged to bid as well! Items will go online the week of the auction so you can scope out your favorites! We will have more details on where to register and find the auction items as we get closer to the auction date.

Auction Donation Information

Please consider making a donation to this year's auction! Alternatively, you can print out the form below and submit it to the front office. This has all of Ortega PTO’s information you’ll need for tax records and also helps our volunteers stay organized.

 

Our donation deadline this year is Monday, April 20th to allow volunteers sufficient time to get everything organized and online for auction night.  Donors will be prominently acknowledged on our website. This year, we have four levels of donors based on the dollar value of contributions.

 

Platinum donor ($1,000 +) 

Gold donor ($300 - $999)  

Silver donor ($100 - $299) 

Bronze donors ($1 - $99)

 

Any amount is greatly appreciated; it all adds up! Thank you in advance for your support in making this year's auction a great success and for supporting our school!  If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us directly.
