​When you shop at Sports Basement, mention Ortega Elementary School as the school you wish to have them support and donate. Since Sports Basement opened in 1998, they have donated more than $10 million in cash, gift cards and in-kind donations to Bay Area NPOs, including over 700 local schools! Their mission is one of a virtuous circle; as their company grows and prospers so too should the communities that patronize their stores.

​​The Box Top for Education program always earns money for Ortega. Download the All-New Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then simply scan your store receipts to find participating products.
The Ortega PTO has partnered with Farm Fresh To You for an ongoing fundraiser. 10% of every delivery participants receive will benefit our school. People who are already customers can add Ortega Elementary School PTO to make sure their orders also benefit our school!

You are invited to commemorate your child’s (or grandchild’s) special day by making a donation to our Birthday Book Program. For a minimum donation of $18, your child chooses a book from our special Birthday Book Display in the library.
A bookplate will be placed in the book with your student’s name and then your student will be the first one to check out the book. Donations from the program will help purchase new books for our library and update its collection. Complete the form and turn it into the office.
